Trinity Walk
Located near the new crossrail station in Woolwich, Trinity Walk is a new development of one, two and three bedroom apartments in this upcoming neighbourhood. Logistical Building Services (Electrical) was awarded both the Mechanical and Electrical Contract to 352 apartments in 2018 for this Lovell Homes project.
Mechanical
Our Mechanical Team are responsible for the installation of the following:
- Boosted Cold Water Supply including the installation of the tanks and pumps and the supply within the communal areas to the blocks
- Bathroom and Shower Rooms, including a fully accessible Bathroom
- Full MVHR System and Ducting
- Soils, wastes and drainage
The Mechanical Project Manager for Trinity Walk was Mark.
Electrical
The Electrical Team at Trinity Walk are responsible for the following installations:
- Interior and Exterior Lighting
- Electric Car Charging Points
- Safety systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Smoke, Heat and C02 Detection
- Door Entry and Access Control Systems to apartments and communal areas
- TV Reception Equipment and systems for Sky Q, Virgin Media, Digital TV and Satellite TV
The Electrical Project Manager for Trinity Walk was Sam.
In March 2019, Logistical Building Services (Electrical) Project Manager’s Sam and Mark were awarded Project Managers of the Month by Barratt Homes for their hard work at Trinity Walk.
